Notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement and in accordance with the Ambulance Act, the standard working time for full-time workers shall consist of shifts intended to provide a working week of forty-two (42) hours, average over a period of sixteen (16) weeks and two thousand, one hundred and eighty-four (2184) hours per year. The working time does not cover the periods during which the on-call service is assigned to the employee in accordance with section 15.11. Workers who, under previous collective agreements, are entitled to the payment of unused sickness credits retain this right. The details of this provision are set out in the letter of #3. In accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement, the union is currently aware of all vacancy notices and is advised on the filling of the position. In order to benefit from a performance evaluation, staff who have spent at least six months in an out-of-scope post and who have started a leave of absence must work at least three months during the performance evaluation year. Note: An employee must work enough time during the performance year to have their performance evaluated and evaluated. Out-of-scope employees who have been permanently placed on leave for the duration of the performance evaluation are not entitled to a performance evaluation. In-Scope employees who are on leave to work in a non-permanent scope exit position must have worked at least six months in an out-of-scope position during the performance year to be eligible for a performance evaluation. 3.
